Slips are 40' by 55" + 12' by 40'

Minimum house size is 1650 sqft (you can count the boatwell) We have homes up to 3600 sqft the average home size is approximately 2400sqft with two to three stories 

When you buy a slip you become one of the 50 owners of the Marina

We have at least 5 restaurants accessible within 20 minutes by boat from our Marina

We have hundreds of stores, shops and restaurants located within 5 miles of our Marina.

We are located approximately 20 minutes from downtown Portland.

We have several golf courses within 30 minutes from our Marina: Columbia Edgewater Country Club, Persimmon Country Club, Glendoveer, Broadmoor, Colwood, Heron Lakes, etc.

We have all the major utilities: NW Natural Gas, Portland General Electric, Comcast Cable (phone and High speed internet), Verizon Phone, City water and City sewer.

Approximate cost per square foot of construction is $150 and up (includes float)

HOA dues are $285 per month, this includes: water, sewer, garbage, taxes, maintenance, insurance and a reserve fund.
