•House slips are are 40’ by 55’ and are located on the preferred down river side of the dock.. All slip ownership includes ownership of both sides of the dock. The up-river dock ownership is 12’ by 40,’ and may be used for boats, toys, swim floats and up to an 8 x 8’ tender-house. 

•Houses range in size from 1650 to over 3500 square feet and can include two to three stories. 

•By CC & R, minimum house size is 1650 sq. ft. you may count any boat-well as part of your square footage. 

•House (plus slip) costs generally run from $325,000 to $900,000+. The average home price is approximately $500,000. 

•Builder and architectural assistance available. 

•The Marina owns additional property set aside for future member amenities i.e., garages/ storage etc.. 

•HOA fees of $285.00 per month covers all common expenses: taxes, maintenance, insurance, water, sewer garbage and reserve fund. The reserve fund is a savings account for any major future expenses.
